How do we schedule Freeze Frame Sports to come to an event?

Contact our event coordinator from the home page and we will check our availability on the date of your event. Please include in your email the date, time, location and type of sport you are contacting us for. Unfortunately we do not schedule events for single athletes but upon request will contact your coach/league president on your behalf to cover the event.

Is there any cost to have Freeze Frame Sports come to an event?

There is no cost for us to come and photograph your event. All pictures are taken on speculation.

How do I preview & order photos from an event Freeze Frame Sports covered?

Simply click on the Photo Gallery button to access our Gallery. Click on the link for your type of event to find links to photo shoots by date. Click on your event’s hyperlink to go to it’s photo gallery. We make every effort to have your photos available within 48 hours of the event so check back often.

How secure are my orders from Freeze Frame Sports?

Freeze Frame Sports puts your security first. Our photo lab uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology in their cart. SSL is an industry-standard technology used on the Internet to secure web pages and transactions by means of public key cryptography. SSL is a digitally secure communications channel established between our photo lab’s servers and your computer. All data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers, are encrypted. Our photo lab also uses 128-bit encryption.

How long are photos from Freeze Frame Sports Available online?

Photos are available for 4 months from the day they are first posted. If you missed your opportunity to purchase your photos please contact us with the photo names and dates (as well as the event name) and we will contact you with minimum order requirements for reposting.

What do I need to do after I schedule Freeze Frame Sports to cover my event?

All we ask is that you let your athletes and participants know that we will be at the event and to check our website for their photos. If your organization has a website we would appreciate a link to make it easier for your athletes to access our site.
